Details:
Cass Regional is partnering with the University of Missouri Extension Office and the Harrisonville Community Center to offer "Kids Cuisine," part of the center's 2010 Summer Camp program. During the week-long Kids Cuisine session, participants will learn how to prepare a variety of recipes and nutritious meals and snacks. Campers will also learn about the food pyramid, food safety, eating smart and making healthy food decisions. The program is open to children ages 5 through 12, and the fee is $85 per participant.
