Dietary Aid
Position Summary To assist Dietary employees in the preparation of foods for patients, hospital personnel and guests in accordance with local and state regulations. General Responsibility Prepares foods for the salad bar; fills trays for in patients and delivers to the floor; cleans work area; takes orders over the phone. Requirements Minimum 1-2 years dietary experience in a hospital or nursing facility. Knowledge of modified diets, weights and measures; ability to use various kitchen equipment.
