Position Summary To provide patient care, follow provider orders, ensure a smooth flow of patients, abide by insurance specifications in accordance with state and federal regulations, abide by JCAHO standards of care, and promote the mission of Cass Regional Medical Center. General Responsibility Formally responsible for providing input into policies associated with the job's purpose and essential responsibilities. Determine physician needs and act accordingly. Requirements Experience in General Surgery preferred, experience with sterile technique and setting up instruments for providers. Good nursing skills, venipuncture, patient triage, pharmaceuticals, operation of equipment, and insurance company requirements. Good communication skills, ability to multi-task and computer skills.
