Occupational Therapist
Position Summary Responsible for care, safety and well being of the patients during assigned acts, and for observing all necessary precautions and procedures in use of equipment to prevent injury to the patient. Responsible for carrying out treatment in accordance with the physician's prescription and for observing all required hospital patients. General Responsibility Evaluate and assess referred patients relative to occupational therapy needs; implementation of the occupational therapy services defined in the patient care plan with physician approval; carry out treatment in accordance witht he physician's prescription and responsible for observing all hospital patients. RequirementsMust be duly licensed under applicable state laws to practice occupational therapy; credentialed/credential eligible by the American Occupational therapy Association and graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
