Our guiding philosophy in all we do is "Guests First." Through our POP (Patient Oriented Performance®) program, we strive to create an environment where every guest has an outstanding experience, and where we work as a team to make sure every process is designed with our guests in mind.

At Cass Regional, pride matters. One of the ways we display our pride and teamwork is through our dress code. Our clinical teams each have a uniquely-colored scrub uniform that identifies the team they represent. Our non-clinical professionals, such as our Patient Access, Plant Operations, Central Services, and Environmental Services staff, wear a non-scrub "team" uniform. Other departments adhere to a business professional dress code. 

Our core values of Family, Stewardship, Kindness, Respectfulness, Dedication and Excellence are truly the heart of who we are and are incorporated in our annual evaluation process and pay-for-performance program. We are also proud to be a tobacco-free facility. The use of tobacco products is prohibited anywhere on our campus, including in private vehicles parked on our grounds. 

We are a family. We work together, play together, and rally around each other when times get tough. Our Employee Relations Team coordinates several fun events for our employees each year, including our annual Employee Appreciation Dinner, Picnic, Chili Cook-Off and Halloween Costume Contest, and our Holiday Luncheon.
