Specialists Clinic Nurse Manager
Position Summary To ensure delivery of quality patient care by planning, organizing and directing the activities for the Specialists Clinic department. General Responsibility Formally responsible for making recommendations regarding policies associated with the job's purpose and essential responsibilities. Responisble for staff assignments, staffing patterns, determining if patient care and treatment is appropriate and standard with current practice and determining if equipment is adequate. Has formal supervisory responsibility for the healthcare and clerical employees for the Specialists Clinic. Requirements Hospital policies and procedures; state and federal laws regarding patient care and nursing practice, disease process, available resources for patient care and job performance, equipment performance and function. Ability to use a computer; good communications skills, problem solving abilities, ability to delegate, ability to develop and work with budgets and management skills. Two- to four-year RN degree, BSN preferred. Currently licensed in the state of Missouri. ACLS/BLS required, PALS preferred. View other Job Opportunities, or Apply Now! |
