Patient Assistance FundThe Patient Assistance Fund is used by the Social Services staff at Cass Regional to help patients in need when they are discharged from our hospital. Some patients do not have transportation home from the hospital, let alone resources to pay for the medicines or supplies they'll need to continue their recovery after they go home. The Patient Assistance Fund is an important tool for our caring Social Services staff to use when coordinating a patient's discharge plan. Learn more about the Foundation's annual Healthy Angels Ride, which raises money to support the Patient Assistance Fund. |
