Meet Our StaffOur experienced staff members include:
Norma Baldridge, RN, BSN, is the nurse manager of Cardiac Rehabilitation. She has over 38 years of nursing experience, which includes 13 years in Cardiac Rehab. Before that, she worked in such areas as ICU, Emergency Department, and the Medical/Surgical Unit. She also has over 20 years of combined experience in the United States Air Force, Texas Air National Guard and United States Navy Reserves. Baldridge is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and as a Basic Life Support (BLS) instructor.
Connie Cox, RN, has over 29 years of nursing experience, which includes six years in Cardiac Rehab. She also has Emergency Department, Medical/Surgical Unit and ICU experience. She is ACLS and BLS certified.
Mary Travis, RN, HFS, has over 12 years of nursing experience, which includes three years in Cardiac Rehab, and is a certified health fitness specialist. Travis is also a certified "Smokeless" instructor and a certified "Weight No More" instructor, which are behavior modification classes, and is ACLS and BLS certified. She is an executive board member of Harrisonville NETT (Drug and Alcohol Prevention Team) and an adult member for Cass County Young Life.
Sarah Buckingham, RN, has over 30 years of nursing experience, which includes six years in Cardiac Rehab. She is ACLS and BLS certified and is a certified instructor for CNA and CMT classes.
Karen Poulignot, RN, has over 24 years of nursing experience, which includes eight years in Cardiac Rehab and experience in other areas such as the Medical/Surgical Unit, cardiac telemetry step down and home health. She is an ACLS provider and BLS instructor.
Donna Davis, RN, has over 25 years of experience in such areas as Cardiac Rehab, ICU, cardiac ICU, and home health. She is certified in ACLS and BLS.
Roberta "Robbie" Stafford, RN, has over 20 years of nursing experience, which includes nine years of combined ICU, Cardiac and Pulmonary care. She has also worked in such areas as Outpatient Surgery, Med/Surg, Pediatrics and Physical Therapy. Stafford is ACLS and BLS certified and is a BLS instructor.
Teresa Haffner, RN, has over 20 years of nursing experience. After graduating from Central Missouri State University in 1981, Haffner joined the Navy and served as a nurse for approximately 10 years. Her nursing experience includes such areas as ICU, CCU and telemetry. Along with her position in Cass Regional's Cardiac Rehabilitation Department, Haffner also works for the Behavioral Health Unit, which is also located inside Cass Regional Medical Center.
Lacy Glass, BSN, received her nursing degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center (UMKC). She is certified in ACLS, PALS, and BLS.
Hannah Lineback is the receptionist for the Cardiac Rehabilitation Department and Diabetes Education, she also fills in as the receptionist for Cass Regional's Physical Therapy Department as needed. Lineback is currently attending Longview Community College. Cardiac Rehabilitation Hours
