Respiratory Therapy

Cass Regional's Respiratory Therapy Department offers various therapeutic and diagnostic services to meet our patients' needs. Our department is licensed by the state of Missouri, and we have nationally accredited respiratory care practitioners with a combined 110 years of experience. Services include respiratory treatments, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, pulmonary function testing, blood gas analysis, electrocardiograms, cardiac holter monitors and pulmonary education. We are also an integral part of the Code Blue Team. Most of our services are offered 24 hours a day, seven days a week; however, our pulmonary function tests are only offered Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. 

Our Respiratory Therapy Department also conducts a weekly pulmonary clinic, which is staffed by a board certified pulmonologist. Pulmonary Rehabilitation is available for patients every Tuesday and Thursday, and Sleep Lab studies are also available.
