Kenneth Petersen, DO, received an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho, and his Bachelor of Science in physical education (with an emphasis on exercise physiology) from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. Dr. Petersen completed a medical internship and orthopedic surgery residency at the Medical Center of Independence and another orthopedic surgery residency at St. Marys Medical Center. He is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Petersen sees patients on Mondays and Wednesdays at Cass Regional Orthopedics and on Thursdays and at Pleasant Hill Medical Clinic. He also performs surgeries on Tuesdays and Fridays at Cass Regional Medical Center.
