Cass Regional Medical Center and Coffey Communications have been honored by Healthcare Advertising Awards and National Health Information Awards for their work on Wellness Matters, Cass Regional’s community newsletter.
Healthcare Advertising Awards is a national competition that started 39 years ago to recognize the field of healthcare marketing and advertising. Cass Regional has been honored in the Newsletter Category (merit level) for its Spring 2021 issue of Wellness Matters.
Healthcare Advertising Awards are judged by a national panel of judges, who review entries based on creativity, quality, message, effectiveness, consumer appeal, graphic design and overall impact. Winners are selected from categories including website, social media content, blog sites, app/interactive, digital video ad, publications, newsletters and annual report.
National Health Information Awards is a program that recognizes the nation’s best consumer health programs and materials. Cass Regional has been honored in the Newsletter Category (silver level), also for the Spring 2021 issue of Wellness Matters.
National Health Information Awards are judged by a panel of health information experts. Entries include brochures, audio/video, newspapers and magazine articles, books and other media from hospitals, publishers, ad agencies, trade associations and other organizations.
Since 2014, Cass Regional has partnered with Coffey Communications to produce Wellness Matters. The newsletter is mailed twice a year to approximately 30,000 homes in the region.
