Chapel
The Chapel is located on the second floor of the Rotunda and is available for prayer and meditation. Should you or your loved one need pastoral support, please ask your nurse to contact the chaplain on call. Bibles are available at any nurses' station.
Communication assistance
Language interpretation is available. Some hospital literature is available in languages other than English. Ask your nurse or any staff member for assistance.
High speed internet/Wi-Fi
We are pleased to provide free internet access for our guests who wish to use their personal computer or other electronic device while here. To obtain access on most computers, follow these steps:
- At the bottom right corner of your screen, right-click on your wireless network connection icon.
- Click on "View Available Wireless Networks."
- On the next screen that appears, click on "Refresh network list." You should see a Guest account.
- Click on "Guest" to connect. The SSID is Guest and there is no password.
Lost and found
The security office maintains custody of our lost and found items. Items brought to the department will be kept for two months. Call ext. 1101 or ask your nurse for more information.
Safety
Your safety and protection is of utmost importance. The hospital locks all outside doors from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. The Emergency Department doors remain open at all times. All entrances are continually monitored by our 24-hour security staff and video cameras. Our security staff patrol the hospital and its grounds regularly.
Smoking and tobacco use
Cass Regional is a tobacco-free campus. Use of tobacco products is prohibited both inside the facility and on the hospital's grounds. If you are interested in smoking cessation counseling, please contact our respiratory therapy manager at ext. 4160 or talk to your physician.
