Biography
Dr. Costner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Samford University and a Master of Health Services Administration degree from the University of Central Florida. He received his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine and served his residency at the University of Missouri – Kansas City. In addition to his surgical practice, he also serves as the medical director of The Wound Center at Rock Haven Specialty Clinic, and is the collaborating physician for Molly Urton, MSN, FNP-C. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
