Cass Regional Medical Center and Cass County Health Department seeking community input

Harrisonville, MO – Cass Regional Medical Center and Cass County Health Department are requesting input from Cass County residents in order to create a 2025-2028 Cass County, Missouri Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). To collect "up to date" community feedback, a short online survey has been created to uncover any current community health issues and evaluate local health delivery.
All community residents and business leaders are encouraged to complete the CHNA survey by July 31, 2025. Participation is voluntary and confidential.
