Cass Regional Medical Center Hosts Employee Appreciation Dinner
Cass Regional Medical Center employees gathered April 6, for the 2019 Employee Appreciation Dinner and awards event, at The Beck Event Space in Harrisonville. Various employees were recognized for their years of service and other annual awards were also presented.
The 2018 Dave Paxton Customer Service Award was presented first. Annually, Cass Regional employees have the opportunity to nominate and then vote for who they believe best demonstrates outstanding customer services principles and skills. The recipient of the award was Casey Keyton from the Surgery department.
The Employee Relations Team also selected and presented the annual award for Employee of the Year. This year’s recipient was Tonya Preston, PTA, from the Physical Therapy Department.
The final award presented during the event was for Manager of the Year. For 2018, the recipient, Sheila Curtis, Clinic Manager, was selected. This award is chosen according to set criteria and scoring guidelines based on the Pillars of Success that Cass Regional maintains.
The Employee Appreciation event concluded with entertainment from dueling pianos, Felix and Fingers.
