Chabot Named Employee of the Quarter at Cass Regional Medical Center
Harrisonville, Mo. – Nicole “Nikki” Chabot, RN, was recently named Cass Regional Medical Center's Employee of the Quarter for the third quarter of 2024. Chief Executive Officer Chris Lang made the announcement December 2, during a reception.
“I was pleasantly shocked,” said Chabot regarding the recognition. “I never thought I would get nominated, let alone win.”
Chabot has worked in the Surgery Department at Cass Regional for more than two years. She was selected as the Employee of the Quarter for positively representing Cass Regional’s mission and values.
The employees who nominated Chabot describe her as kind, dedicated and considerate of others. “Without ever being asked, Nikki is always around to help out with whatever is happening. She will not wait to see if the team needs help; she will see an opportunity and jump in. She has volunteered to learn new roles and finds ways for us to improve as a department.”
Chabot feels the best part about working at Cass Regional is her coworkers. “They are truly the best people,” she said. “I also love being able to work in the operating room, and I get to learn something new every day.”
Chabot lives in Peculiar with her husband and son. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, movies and spending time with her family.
As Employee of the Quarter, Chabot received a paid day off, a designated parking space for the quarter, an Employee of the Quarter pin, flowers and a cake.
