Jones named Employee of the Quarter at Cass Regional Medical Center
Harrisonville, Mo. – Jackie Jones, Exercise Specialist, CMA, was recently named Cass Regional Medical Center’s Employee of the Quarter for the first quarter of 2024. Chief Executive Officer Chris Lang made the announcement on March 21, during a reception.
Jones, who works in Cardiac Rehabilitation, started at Cass Regional as an intern who was interested in cardiac rehab because of her father’s heart issues. She has been with Cass Regional for 11 years. Her favorite part of her job is seeing how much stronger patients get after having their heart procedure.
She was nominated for Employee of the Quarter by a coworker, who wrote, “Jackie helps to remember and organize celebrations for birthdays, bosses' day, etc. in our department. She is kind and respectful of others. I see her taking initiative over and over to keep our department goals met and everything running smoothly. She exemplifies excellence and dedication in her work.”
Jones grew up in Rich Hill, Mo. and moved to Butler, Mo. after college, where she currently lives with her husband CJ, daughter McKenzie, and golden retriever Teeter. In her free time, she likes to stay active, playing volleyball and softball.
As Employee of the Quarter, Jones received a paid day off, a designated parking space for the quarter, an Employee of the Quarter pin, a bouquet and a cake.
