Biography
Dr. Lewis received his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, and completed residencies at the University of Missouri – Kansas City and St. Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City. He completed a fellowship in nuclear medicine at Harvard Medical School and is certified by the American Board of Radiology and the American Board of Nuclear Medicine.
